突如其来的疫情打乱了所有人的生活节奏，莘莘学子杳无归期。开学无期，困住的是传统的教学模式，却困不住每一位老师，用真心和努力，诠释着他们心中无所不在的三尺讲台。“师者，所以传道受业解惑者也”，让我们走进理大教师，从他们平凡的故事中，感受其不平凡的力量。

教师姓名：Supratik Kundu
教授课程：人体生理学、病理生理学
简 介：多年从事两门医学课程教学，具有丰富的教学经验，专业知识扎实，拥有广泛的留学生粉，是留学生最喜欢的老师之一。
【师说】
“In view of the recent events as a simple teacher in Dali University I, Supratik Kundu, have observed and done a few things during these trying and challenging times. As a foreign expert teacher working in School of Basic Medicine，one of my duties is to take classes for basic medicine subjects. My other duties include being the coordinator of all foreign teacher of Dali University to try and solve the problems our foreign teacher faces or might face in the future, also I have the privilege of being the class teacher of students in 2 different colleges, so needless to say I am responsible for the wellbeing, growth and development of my class students in all aspects of their life in Dali university.”
【线上指导，教学不停】
3月初，学校开展了第一阶段线上教学，在承担课程教学任务的同时，老师们也开始了他们的“主播”生涯。无疑，这次线上教学对于大部分老师来说是极具挑战的。昆都老师也是一样，面对大部分留学生远在他国、跨时区以及部分学生上课条件有限的情况，结合每一次上课经验和特点，他探索利用微信群的多种功能，腾讯课堂的讨论发言等多渠道实现教学目标。比如在正常的线上教学中，将讲义以及课堂授课语言及时发布在微信群中，既能及时与留学生互动交流，又便于留学生课后复习巩固，补足无法见面的短板。一个多月下来，昆都老师和留学生们无法见面的情况下实现了良好的教学互动，有效提升了教学效果。
“To overcome the above mentioned issues， I have simultaneously during the time of the lecture，and have also sent voice lecture analysis messages in Wechat app. In this platform students can also simultaneously communicate with me in form of asking questions or raising queries. Thus SUDA technique has so far provided a perfect online teaching platform for me.”
【信息联通，传递感动】
在昆都老师看来，班主任应该是学生的学术、非学术和心理健康支持的指导者。因此，疫情期间，除了组织好留学生进行每日健康打卡之外，他还积极地与留学生举行在线课堂会议，实时了解他们的情况，深入了解学生心理，随时关注着他们的身心健康。
“So during these days of crisis due to COVID 19 outbreak I have actively taken online class meetings with my students to keep them informed and in the process also have guided them to some extent to be healthy mentally and physically. These meetings are taken using Tencent Conference App. The students have responded positively and in fact are very happy to take part in these kinds of meetings. With the continued support of Dali University I have been successful in instilling confidence in the students. I always urge these students not to be frustrated and to Trust Dali University, Trust China and only together we shall overcome this crisis”
